Limitation of Liability
This disclaimer of liability applies to any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay of operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft, or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of record, whether for the breach of contract, negligence, or under any other cause of action. The customer/client/partner/collaborator/or like (referred to as “Customer”) specifically acknowledges the service is not liable for the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of other Customer and any risk of injury or other damage from the foregoing rests entirely with the Customer. Neither the service or any of its agents, affiliates, or content providers shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of use of the product or service inability to gain access to or use the service or out of any breach of contract. Customer hereby acknowledges that the provisions here applies to all content of the product or service.
Intellectual Property
All materials, including, but not limited to designs, text, images, video, photographs, or audio (collectively “Materials”) are the property of Nicki Sunwall and Playing With Mud, unless otherwise credited. No part of this site may be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, modified, posted, or transmitted without express written permission. All Materials are provided as a service to site visitors and may be used only for personal and informational purposes.
Nicki Sunwall and Playing With Mud accepts monetary and product sponsorships. Any sponsored or gifted products or services will be disclosed in corresponding posts.
Privacy Policy
At Playing With Mud your personal information is important, that is why your data is not shared or sold to third-parties. When subscribing to the newsletter or placing an order information is stored by Playing With Mud, as appropriate, in regards to fulfilling your order details, and for e-newsletter and business related information. You may also visit the website anonymously.
Like many websites, log data is collected. This includes information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type (e.g. Google Chrome, Edge), browser version, the pages of the site you visit, the time and date of the visit, time spent on pages, and other analytics. This is not personal information, this is site data for analytics.
Terms of Sale
By placing an order with Playing With Mud, you are (i) agreeing to purchase a product, digital download, or service, (ii) representing that you are of legal age to form a binding contract, and (iii) representing that all information you provide with your order is true and accurate and that you are an authorized user of the payment method provided. The receipt by you of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order. We retain the right to refuse any order request.
Prior to our acceptance of an order, verification may be required. Playing With Mud reserves the right at any time after the receipt of an order to accept, modify, or decline the order, or any portion thereof, even after your receipt of an order confirmation, for any reason whatsoever. Playing With Mud reserves the right to limit the number of items ordered and to refuse service without prior notification. In the event that an item lists an incorrect price, either due to typographical or other error, Playing With Mud shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order placed for the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order is being or has been processed. If payment has already been made or your account has already been charged for the purchase and the order is cancelled, your account will be credited in the amount of the incorrect price.
Accuracy of Site Information
Playing With Mud does the best to ensure that site, product, digital download, and service information is complete, accurate, and current. However, information may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. All specifications, products, services, digital downloads, descriptions, and prices are subject to change at any time without notice. Playing With Mud makes all reasonable efforts to accurately display the qualities of products, digital downloads, and services, including applicable colors. However, the actual color seen depends on individual computer systems, and Playing With Mud cannot guarantee that the viewer’s screen will accurately display such colors. Playing With Mud does not warrant the accuracy of completeness of the information, content, or materials provided. Terms of Payment
All amounts due for products, downloads, services, or otherwise indicated are payable upon purchase, unless otherwise noted or agreed upon, in which the payment plan should be expressed in written form and agreed upon by all parties.
Returns and Exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges. To return or exchange an item contact me at nicki@playingwithmud.com within 14 days of delivery and ship items back within 30 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any damage or loss in value.

Purchased services
Perishable products
Custom or personalized orders
Cancellations
